This Chipotle location takes inefficiency to the next level. There are usually more than enough employees behind the counter, yet most of them stand around avoiding eye contact rather than helping customers. You’re left waiting until you finally speak up, at which point you’re made to feel like you’re interrupting their day. They are always “out of” something - fajitas, proteins, or another main menu item - without fail. Service is painfully slow, and the staff is consistently rude. Chipotle as a brand has been slipping for years, but this location truly goes above and beyond in delivering one of the worst dining experiences possible.

The food was as good as ever. But the restaurant was so dirty. Where they are making the food was dirty, the floors were dirty, we couldn't find a clean table.

Recently they have missed toppings on my online order (Receipt matches my order). After the 4th time (and occasionally before this), I decided to try and call. Took over 5 minutes to get to an actual person. When I explained my issue, I was offered a free drink as a resolution. Not a refund, or a corrected dinner, just a free drink the next time I'm in. Pathetic.

So… i seldom ever give out one star, but the quality on my take out order was so bad.
-My kid’s tortilla hardly had cheese in it. They gave such a significantly small amount of sides… very little rice and very little beans. The container felt empty when I took it out the bag
-The brown rice in my bowl was under cooked. The barbacoa was barely broken up. Hardly any sides just like my kid’s quesadilla.
-I picked up the order 4 minutes later than pick up…. It was COLD..I ordered it ahead for a later pick up. There’s no way they didn’t wait to make my order…
-Lastly, the chips were so soggy and chewy. I don’t think a single thing was done correctly.

Should close this location. Literally every time we have stopped here they are out of of chicken, cheese or something else. I’m guessing they are getting business because idk how else they are staying open. It’s giving chipotle a bad image 100%

I don’t usually review fast food places but this one has to be done. Only o e person behind the counter while 3 others were “cooking”. Super slow to get to order. Many missing ingredients and when asked the employee just stated “not now”. Looking at their “to go” station you could see it was fully stocked and the orders were flying out with no problem. The tables were all dirty. Very poor experience.

Stopped in for lunch and was totally discussed. While waiting for fresh rice that never showed up some man behind the counter with a beard kept picking his nose, rubbing his mouth, taking off his ball cap scratching his head, and then he started touching everything. We tried to wait for fresh rice because we didn’t want the dried out leftovers at the bottom, the girl that was waiting on us looked completely lost and never really asked for a refill. After a few minutes she asked what we needed and we stated fresh rice and she still looked at us like we had three noses. Also her to mention the place was a disaster and filthy.$ After watching the nose picker we just bailed and went to another chipotle in Centerville. Needless to say you lost a customer at this location forever.

We got take out, only out of veggies tonite. Would love if all these one star reviews would post what you received before complaining, sure your houses look about the same. Busy some harder workers than others, but didn't ruin my day. Honey Chipotle chicken was good.

The entire place was filthy. The garbage was overflowing. The tables had leftover food and spils on them. There was food all over the floor. Even the area where you make food selections was a mess. We have never seen anything like it at any other Chipotle restaurant. The young guys working there were hustling. The woman at the register did nothing to help. She just stood there while nobody was even paying yet. She could have taken a rag to wipe up some areas. She was not friendly either.

I live in Springboro like a mile away from this locations. Every time I stop by they either do not have all of their products or are short staffed and super slow. I always prefer to use the location further away in Springboro

This place is an absolute joke. You wait in line forever just to get to the front and realize they don’t have half the stuff you want. Not to mention it’s always dirty. I’ve been to countless locations and never experience such piss poor service unlike this location, and sadly the one closest to my house is this one. Last time I ever go here I’m done I’ll spend my money else where chipotle you are not deserving of it.
