Normally love coops! It's one of our favorite summer stops we hopped in Line at 8:55 knowing it was close to closing time but still in time the order before us was large so took some time. By the time it was our turn we were told sorry we are closed. It was rather rude. I wouldn't be so frustrated had girl working simply poked her head out and said this was her last order when we got in line. We wouldn't have waited and would of gone elsewhere. Definitely not run like when I was kid. Disappointing

The flavor is definitely on point and doesn't taste watered down at all. I would definitely go again. They are cash only but there is an ATM right next door.

Fast service and GREAT shaved ice. Highly recommended. Usually some teen working the booth but very polite and professional about the business. Will return. 5 out of 5.
They have the best ice flavoring. Some other chain shave ice places have flavoring that taste like a colored sugar with a tiny bit if flavor. Coops taste like what youd expect the designated flavor to be. If you're looking for true to flavor, shaved ice, you go to coops.
