ordered online tried paying with a virtual visa giftcard said they dont accept those. everywhere else does. you can just type it in. that was the only reason that we went so we were annoyed but the food was good and ready on time.

This old dude delivers pizza to my son at night. Every time he comes, he's extremely impatient and rude. I know my son tips the guy because I work for tips and I taught him how to tip appropriately AND my son's a nice guy. My son works 2nd shift and counts his calories and orders from here a lot because he already knows the calories and it's easy. But it doesn't matter what time it is. The dude is rude no matter what. The first time, he knocked on my door like he was a cop; I thought he was going to break in. The second time, he yelled at me and told me he had to get back to mop his floors. The third time, he didn't even knock, just stood there and I happened to notice him there. The last time he came, he knocked on the door. I'm literally sitting right here next to the door and he knocks like he's going to break in again. My son takes about half a minute to answer the door and he yells at my son telling him he was about to set it down. I hate to write this review, but this dude shouldn't be doing this job. He's RUDE!! I wish I knew if he was going to deliver or if he was going to push it over to doordash. I would tell my son to stiff him. That's what he deserves. Rude old man.

We ordered on the phone, spoke with some and put in our order, total was $45. And some change asked for ranch dressing for 2 salads. When the food arrived. We didn't get ranch we got Italian dressing 😒 my parents are in their late 70s and would not eat their salads. And I guess that's a good thing because they didn't get the plastic ware to eat it with. We also ordered a couple hoagies but they was good. So that was a waste of money for the salads

I don't normally post on here about horrible customer service/experience but this today I can not let go. Today my 81 year old father went into Donatos in Milford,Ohio ordered a pizza to bring home to my mom for lunch. This is what his pizza looks like when he gets home. So explain to me; how when you go inside order your pizza, wait there for said pizza. That someone can serve this to a customer. No my dad didn't check the box. You wouldn't think you would have to being that you were right there waiting. Then to top it off he calls to complain they tell him that someone there (employee)got into the pizza. For my dad to send a picture to an email address and they will give him partial credit for said pizza because he received part of it. Are you kidding me!! Horrible customer service!! It won't let me post a picture but the pizza was half eaten.

I place an order 2mi down the street, same road as this location. They took the order. Wait 10 kin and call to tell me they don't deliver here. When stating I whiteness them deliver here before. The employee says they'll ask the driver if he wants to deliver to this location. If he feels like it he will, if not he won't. Even though you are making the pizza. Needless to say we will buy our lunch 2-3 times a week elsewhere
