Service was great. Our server was wonderful. Was with a group of friends that dine out a lot together. We aren't very picky. However, none of us liked our drinks and the food was blah. The place seems to just be about the ambiance? Not worth the price. I mentioned our experience to a relative who had been there before and he agreed.

Our food came on time, was well prepared and warm. Found an excellent bottle of wine to accompany our meal. Only complaint was trouble using a gift card. First told nothing was on it, then told it had $13.46 on it, which was then applied to an erroneous check (not mine), which was never voided, so the charge is still on my credit card. Eventually management made up for all the confusion (it took 30 minutes just to settle our bill) and gave us a decent discount on our meal. I have another gift card to use on our next visit, so I'm already worrying about more difficulty in the future. I certainly hope not!

This restaurant is top-notch! It has become my new, go to with family, friends, and out-of-town guests. The food and service is exceptional. Their wine list is also comprehensive. The value and portions exceed expectations. It is a wonderful dining experience, and I would highly recommend it!

Wow! Love everything about this restaurant, from its innovative menu, to the incredible decor, to its attentive wait staff. Can't wait to introduce Napa Kitchen to all of our friends!

Food is a little pricey but the wine flights are fun and they had great selections! Loved the cozy atmosphere, it was very homey and busy but not loud so we could easily carry on a conversation with our entire table. Will definitely be back!

The waitress was amazing to my wife and I.She explained the menu and was attention focused. My burger was delicious. My wife's salmon dish was a beautiful presentation.I will definitely return. Great job to Ricolette.

The food and wine were good, aside from one entree which came out barely warm, and was not even what we ordered. Service was poor, very slow, we were never checked on at all. Ambience was nice.

Dinner salad was generous & delicious, The pork chop was delicious. My flatbread could have been a little warmer. It was fun to be there on half-price wine night.

I got the chicken saltibocca. The chicken was burnt, broccoli and potatoes were fine. Dinner salad was served with dinner and not before. So I ate the chicken and then the salad.Restaurant was quiet enough for us to easily talk all night.Parking: Back underneath the restaurant

Food presentation was sloppy, service was very slow (although very friendly), and food was overpriced for the quality. This was our first time visiting this restaurant and we will not go back.

We've dined here a handful of times and always had great service. When we arrived, our table was not ready yet despite being on time. Not a big deal, but they were not very busy. The hostess was visibly flustered/annoyed (not at us, just in general). After being seated, it took almost 10 minutes before our server came by. We ordered the 5-cheese board and our entrees at the same time. When the cheese board was delivered, it was set on the table with no explanation of what the cheeses were. There were some grapes, chutney, and small bread slices, but not enough bread for 5 people. Previously, when ordered, there were also some olives and nuts. The cheeses were tasty, but a bit disappointing for the price. The wedge salads were delicious and the entrees hot when brought out. The chicken saltimboca was a bit overcooked at the edges and tough. The broccolini was not cut at the stem and was quite woody. The flavor was good though. For the price, and being New Year's Eve, and factoring in previous experiences at Napa, we were a little disappointed in the service this time. This was out go-to for "fancy outings" with our kids, but we may try new restaurants.

Cute place. Had the tiny Brie cheese appetizer and it was tiny with a small strawberry sliced and 3 extremely thin pear slice. There was 3 tiny pierce of bread. Presentation was great, but the plate was barren. Had rheumatoid arthritis Napa salad and it was delicious. The prosciutto arugula flatbread was okay. Our wine was good. Our waitress was great. May try again, but many other good places nearby.
