My son and I came through here to pick up a personal pan pizza for him. Staff greeted us as we entered and were very kind and grateful for our business. It's sad that Pizza Hut had to close down a couple of local restaurants but it's good to see this location is doing well. We really appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and great food, we will be back for sure.

Ordered at 6pm didn’t get to my door till 8:40. Food was good. Kinda disappointed with the manager. Seemed rude. Driver was great though.
I was told by employees that if I tip on a card it goes to the business. This is seriously upsetting and needs looked into.Parking: No problem parking here

Their ordering system has apparently been hacked. We ordered pizza for pickup, but when we got there, we were told door dash already picked it up. We did not request door dash. They offered to remake the food, but we asked for a refund instead, which they did process. Be careful about ordering and paying online!

Place online order. The app stated 19 minutes. I arrived in 20 minutes and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes, never receiving my order and walking out. Having paid online, I immediately need a refund or credit. Totally unacceptable.

I was told it would take 50 minutes to get my carryout order prepared, while I thought this seemed like a long time, I agreed since I was about 40 minutes away anyhow. I actually got there almost 15 minutes later than the time they told me my order would be ready. Once I pulled in I knew something was up because the tiny lobby was packed with ppl.So I go inside and to my surprise almost everyone in there was waiting on their food for over an hour! So I decided well I’ll wait a few and see if I get lucky… I waited 20 minutes and still nothing. Never even was greeted by a worker or nothing. So I finally flagged someone down and asked how much longer we would be expecting to wait. The lady told me 2 more hours! This is unacceptable! I already placed my order 1 1/2 hours ago and was told it would be ready at 6:35pm, & here it was 7:30pm and im told to wait a few more hours?Luckily, I didn’t pay online! So I left, and never even picked my order up. All who did not pay yet left, those who prepaid basically had to stay and wait or be out of their $. I’ll never prepay again after this experience!

I ordered a large one topping pan pizza. I got home it wasn't pan 1st of all then as I was eating a blonde hair was in my MOUTH!!! I have dark brown hair. It was cooked into the crust. I was soooo mad. I took the pizza back and showed the employee and she was so nonchalant about and actually acted frustrated. She made me another pizza that I was hesitant to eat. I think I should have gotten a refund also. I had to drive back to the only Pizza Hut we have in town and get treated as if this was no big deal. I don't know if I can eat here anymore.

If I could give no stars I would. Placed a delivery order and when the order came the pizza was not baked all the way and there was hair in the pizza and they also had forgotten part of our order, so I called and the lady was willing to replace our order and have it redelivered and for us to give them the bad food back and I was fine with that. Once our replacement food came once again the pizza wasn’t all the way baked and once again there was still hair in our pizza, I called back talked to the same lady and she got very rude because she said it was baked right and their is no way that their is a hair in our food because the guys that she has making and cutting the pizzas have short hair and mind you not we took a picture each time so we had proof and yes there was hair in our food and that’s just grouse. The main thing that upsets me is that not once but twice the same thing happened and when I called both times I was nice about it and the lady was nice the first time I called but when I had to call back she was very rude. My husband ended up driving back to take them the food to show them exactly what we were talking about and that we are not paying for food that isn’t cooked all the way and has hair in it that’s just disgusting and should never be served. When my husband took the food back and showed them the manager tried to deny there was hair but once my husband told her we have pictures she all of a sudden changed her whole attitude and my husband saw one of the guys that was making pizzas had a long beard and had nothing covering it and the colors in his beard are the exact same colors the hairs were that were in our pizzas each time. We did get a refund but what happed should not have happened and even though it did the manager needs to learn to be nice and helpful even if she had the same situation happen twice because not once were we rude to her she got rude and we just aren’t going to feed our kids uncooked food with hair in it let alone eat it ourselves either. Pictures added circled the hair one is like white grey so it’s hard to see but it’s there and the other one is darker

I absolutely LOVE the Team at Pizza Hut in Heath Ohio ? The staff is always friendly and does their best to assist. The food has always been fresh and hot when delivered and the delivery driver is always very personable and polite. I sound like an ad lol ? but this is one of my favorite pizza places on service alone. The RGM is also very kind. I definitely recommend this Pizza Hut ♥️
