Order customized burritos online which doubles the price of the original burrito and when I got them they had a quarter the amount of ingredients inside than the standard burrito should have. All four of them were nearly empty. Chicken, refried beans, and guacamole equaled maybe one tablespoon added together in three of the burritos. The fourth one had an extra tablespoon of beans. No wonder nobody goes there. I should have taken a picture. There was more food in the taco sauce packets.

In a world where fast food employees take a lot of heat and get paid very little. .. these kids do their absolute best. I frequent this Taco Bell for my own food and because I'm a Door Dash driver. I really appreciate everything they do!

We didn't get what we ordered. The burrito ingredients were sectioned and not layered. I didn't find the chicken untill the very bottom. The same goes for the crunch wrap. Nothing tasted fresh. It was a rough meal to finish.
Team on night of Nov 5th around 7pm were pretty awesome. Ordered via the mobile kiosk but someone on the line was great at communicating with us to make sure that our customizations were clear. One of us was vegan so that was really what stood out in terms of service. Speed of food was sensible as well.

I come here often and service is usually hit or miss. I've never had a problem with the food. They haven't ever screwed up my order but the service is almost enough to make you not go back. They are either the friendliest people or they will literally throw your food and drinks at you and slam the window.
Ordered taco bell the other night, went inside, the person at the front was Sophie. I order she is straight up rushing me, there is seriously only one car in the line once i order the 2 grilled cheese deluxe boxs and a normal $5 cravings box. I can hear Sophie in the back saying that she wants to freaking leave the place and how she hates it and she going outside going crazy (the place is literally dead like literally there is no cars in the drive thru on a sunday at 9pm), and finally 30 minutes later i get my food and they literally swapped everything, the one i order with no sourcream and beans is swapped with the other cravings boxs, and the grilled cheese burrito was very bad all the other burritos and tacos tasted not too bad, (i forgot to take pictures of it.)and they forgot to give me all the sauces i requested.Parking: Parking is not bad since there is no one really there lol
