Ianazone's Homemade Pizza (Niles)

We have been going here for years. Quality has declined. Called in an order and whoever answered was a little rude. 35 minutes...live close so I was on time. Was told pizza was burnt so I had to wait another at least 10 minutes for another burnt pizza. Won't be back.

A small pizza we ordered was completely burnt on the bottom and we had to throw it away. The tray we ordered with wings was fine. Their prices are good and their pizza is good when not burnt. Crust is thick, sauce is saucy and tasty. Great leftovers. Wish they offered tomatoes as a topping. Service was slow.

Love this places pizza. It has the right amount of sauce to Dough ratio. Cheese is nice and stringy, and peperoni is greasy. Hands down best one in Trumbull County

Just got the chicken garlic pizza! Outstanding!!!!!

Used to be a great place to get pizza n wings. But they have def gone down hill. $50 order, wings were way over cooked, chs bread sticks were over cooked, pizza was OK, but all the food was cold.

Pizza was very bland. Sauce needs to have more flavor

Wish there was zero stars. I ordered a Pizza online. went there had to wait in line cause there were several people in front of me which is fine. However, when I finally get up there, he says oh we forgot to make your pizza and couldn’t have cared less. to top it off he said I’d have to wait three days for a refund. This place is awful.terrible customer service would not recommend

If you have online ordering maybe shut it off if you're too busy. Was told 6:02 our order will be ready and they were just putting it in. We ordered at 5:30 and got attitude from the guy working. Not ordering from here again.

Pizza was over cooked Dry Hard Nasty

I ordered a Briar Hill pizza for lunch. It's the first time we had it. It was fantastic. Seriously, I eat pizza all the time, but this was super good. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly. I enjoyed the experience. I read some of the other reviews before I wrote this, and my experience was a little different because I'd definitely order here again. Thank you for the delicious pizza.

I had a lot of family in yesterday so thought it would be nice to get pizza for everyone. It costed me almost 35 dollars and I got it home and it was all dough like they put the toppings on and never put it in the oven. I called them they wouldn't answer there phone so I drive back with it and they got very mean and nasty to me. I should of called the cops. I have never been treated so bad. They said we don't have time to remake it. I can give you credit for another day. It wasn't ever 8 o'clock yet and they close at 830. So I said I will just take my money back. We can't do that because then our drawer will be short at closing. I asked to talk to a manager or the boss . They aren't here and we can't call one. So home I go no dinner and lost 35 bucks. Never again will I go there or have anything to say good about them. They need to close that place down. I left their crying they were so mean.

They close early so it’s not even worth a try, even if you order an hour and a half, to two hours before they close. They will not do it. They don’t care about customers, everyone just wants to go home cause it’s slow. Well to another location, I’m glad I didn’t give you my 20 dollars a piece to each worker. People who don’t care about other don’t deserve tips ?‍♀️ I guess im done with ianazones. Sad cause I loved their food. But won’t get my business again.

Best pizza in Niles hands down! Great friendly staff, the pizza and wings were amazing. Always go here when I’m home in the valley!
