Ordered dinner last week and get there, after paying for our dinner they decide to inform me that they dropped my pizza and it will be another 45 minutes to make one! Ugh no, I’m not waiting another 45 minutes. Please give me a refund, they charged my card $40 twice and 5 days later still on the phone with the bank to return the funds. Would not recommend this business to anyone!!

Used to frequent the "restaurant" for several years when I lived in Niles. Went there recently and they messed up our order. The one with an extremely gruff personality took down my phone number and said I had a free pizza coming to me. 2 weeks later when I tried ordering it, she said they don't have my number down and I'd have to talk to the manager. Her response to my question, when is he/she going to be in was to hang up the phone and not answer again. Nasty attitude and the place is really run down and dirty looking anyway.

This was the first time I got a pizza from robin's pizza. I picked it up on christmas eve to bring to my sisters. I think it was probably 1/4 of an inch thick hard as a cardboard. All 4 of us thought it was the most horrible pizza I have ever tasted. I have always heard such good things about their pizza. And I can't understand what happens. None of us ate any of it. A couple bites n we were done . Threw the whole thing away.Not sure it was made way ahead of time. Completely confused.????

Been a long time customer until last night. Waited 2 hours for delivery, called & delivery driver answered the phone. She said she had been doing dishes & nobody told her she had a deliver. After a total of 2.5 hours, the food arrived cold. I called the next morning when they opened & they said they’d only do a $10 credit because I should have called that night AFTER WAITING 3 hours for my food at 9:30pm. Lost a loyal customer
