Wow!!! We've been wanting to try this place for a while, and we were blown away with not only the huge portions of absolutely delicious food, but also the amazing service! we were greeted by Marissa when we entered the restaurant and she was so sweet! She took her time explaining the menu and food to us and even checked on us throughout the meal! The other servers and owner, Sam, went out of their way to be genuinely kind and awesome! We can't wait to come back and highly recommend everyone come check out this fun, delicious spot!
So the place isn't "bad" but it's not really great. You have to order at a counter and get your own drinks. They only bring out your food and take your trash. It's really cramped seating. I don't recommend anything romantic or meeting type. It's really expensive IMO. But the chicken fingers do seem to be fresh and not frozen so that's always nice. We still eat there quite a bit of we are going to the game cafe upstairs, but other than that it's not a go to spot for us.
