This friendly little place was a fun place to stop and talk to locals off the beaten path. Everyone in this small town was super kind and welcoming to us outsiders and the bartender made some great drinks!If you're ever driving through western Ohio and need a place to stop for a bit, I highly suggest the Spain Creek Tavern.
We both had chicken fried steak and it was delicious! It was exactly the down home restaurant we were looking for. The waitress, one of the sisters who own the place was really friendly too! Everything was very affordable -- really hit the spot.
