Came to pick up a doordash order. Doors were locked so I called the store to find out what was going on after an employee told me they would bring it out about 15 minutes prior. The lady on the phone got extremely rude to me and nasty. 0/10 would not recommend. Literally get food anywhere else.

Went through the drive through. I was pretty happy that they had one of my favorites… the chili cheese burrito! A lot of Taco Bell’s in many areas don’t have them on the menu anymore. Soooo goooood!

The past three times I’ve ordered from this specific establishment my order is either incomplete incorrect or simply as dumb as giving me 8 Cinnabons for $7. Sometimes all three!
Apparently they have a 10 item or less policy at 9 pm on Sundays. It's not 10 meals, it's 10 items, and if you need to order more then you have to.go back through the drive thru. Taco Bell in Genoa doesn't to that.

Really need to update ! I must say, I haven't been here since 2022, this time at 8 pm on a Thursday was perfect. Thank you team, you rock! Everything was perfect, we ordered 5 of the 5$ boxes and all were perfect. Way to go!

Went there last Saturday was told a limit of five items at the drive-thru window this was at 8:00 at night. Waited for 10 minutes while he argued with a man and a car after handing him a big bag of food then nothing for 10 minutes then another big bag of food and it's my turn and I asked why was I limited to five items he said because we're busy tonight I said well obviously the man ahead of me got more than five items he said well that was door dash. I told him thanks a lot I was going to have to go elsewhere to get myself a meal so I didn't have to shortchange my family on items. He didn't care. The food we got was wrong as well.
