Obetz location should just close up shop. The absolute worst Taco Bell I've ever visited. Didn't get what I ordered. What I did get was old and cold. Missing items. Food had to be thrown away. Contacted customer care but have not heard back.
They got my order wrong twice in a row but i like that they actually have the value menu priced at a value. Nobody should ever have to pay more than a dollar for a cheese roll up which thankfully they agree with.

Not sure why they ask you if you want sauce, they'll never give it to you. Also EVERY SINGLE TIME I order chips and cheese, I don't get the chips. They're never busy but can never get anything right, and they just have zero personality.
