Too many of the games were broken, not a fun experience

My daughter always has a great time here. Easter event was fun. I would only suggest they number the tickets for pizza and call that group up so you don't have to stand there when pizza runs out.

I took my kiddo here for his birthday. His favorite was the laser tag & arcade games. The arcade games were super pricey and I would recommend maybe a Chuck E. Cheese instead if you’re looking for that. Everything else was great except the attendant at the bumper cars was no where to be seen for over half an hour. Then once he did arrive he was extremely rude to my son & was more interested in talking to someone on his phone than doing his job. They also have mini bowling here which was great. Ninja wall was cool and the attendant at this was very nice & helpful. Bathrooms were relatively clean. Probably won’t be coming back to this establishment personally.

This experience was subpar at best. My child was going on the bumper cards and left her swipe card on the seat. The operator refused to give it to her because my reciept was wet and couldnt see the date. I had to wait 13 minutes in line for a manager to get it. Then, the kids were playing lazer tag and twice wouldn't let them all be together. Once they said the time was over (seconds apart) and the other was too many kids. There were no toilet paper in the family stall and womans bathroom was trashed. Make believe is too expensive to be treated so poorly. Not even did we get an "i'm sorry".

Very disappointed in the toddler room. It was dirty things were broken and not much at all for them to do. At this point the toddler room just needs to be closed down not worth the money.

I had to delete my previous review to leave this one. My fiancé brought our son to make believe today to play in the balloon city. Our son is nonverbal, they never let him out without a parent today they had parties and we’re letting kids leave freely. They let my nonverbal son out without his parent and my fiance couldn’t find our son for the longest 3 minutes he was on the back by bowling by himself. This is not okay, my previous review went into detail about how the kids at the post do not pay attention or care. There was no one in the front my son could have easily ran outside and no one would have noticed this is unacceptable. They should not be letting children exit areas without parents I don’t care how busy you are!!!

Attended the grandkids birthday party here. We had a variety of ages. There were things to do for everyone! I appreciated the fact that an adult could walk the little ones into the play area until they were comfortable. Party room worked out very well. A very good experience!

Went for a Birthday Party . First time there. The staff was nice nd polite. The price paid for this event was not worth it at all. After the ice-cream nd cake was served, it was time to go. The food ? was terrible ?. Cheese sauce nd salsa tasted very bland and watery on the tortilla chips, they don’t sell potato chips, and didn’t hve no hotdogs!! It’s best u eat before you go. Bought a sandwich ? someplace else but wasn’t allowed to bring it inside. This place needs more lightening in the amusement nd gaming area. It was cold inside also. This place is a rip- off.

Just awful

Easy of checking in (even though there were issues that were resolved quickly), staff were all professional and polite. Kids enjoyed their time there!

Half of the arcade machines were out of order. Had a question about where the toddler time room was and the girl working the play-place there just said “I don’t know.” The regular kid play place was so dark and had barely any light in it my kid couldn’t even see how to climb up. We eventually found the toddler time room on our own and it was a very small room with lots of climbing toys but had a strong fumey smell in it. We won a bunny from the claw machines after 10 tries and got one lollipop from all our tickets though.

My kids loved it . The games are over priced when you buy a package. But over all a reasonable 30 buck per kids but only 5 arcade points with package equals 5 arcade games.

My kids really enjoyed themselves, it was also a very safe and clean environment, and the prices aren't all that expensive.

So much stuff to do perfect for my busy 7 yr old boy. Pricing is reasonable & I like options they have as far as package pricing, or separate
