I absolutely love primo's pizza. I have been ordering it regularly every Thursday to put out for my customers at the bar. I called to order today and was on hold for 15 mins!! I could not get an answer. I went online and saw they now opened at 3! The recording doesn't say anything about being closed and I had no idea bc I was away for 2 weeks. I am devastated! My customers and myself absolutely love this pizza and now I have to search for another place that will be as good. I will say I miss the absolutely wonderful lady I used to deal with!! She is a trus gem!!

I appreciate all the vegan and vegetarian options on the menu! The cauliflower wings were good, and the pizza was a hit. However, the prices are a bit expensive, especially if you add extra toppings or sauces. Getting vegan cheese is an additional $3. Ordered online on a Friday night and I was impressed that they got the order right since I ordered both vegan and non vegan stuff.

Called in. Was on hold for 4 minutes. The recorded voice acted thrilled that I called and kept begging me to hang up and order online. When they answered I asked if they'd add a topping to a 1 Large 1 Topping coupon he said he couldn't do it. "The System" won't allow it. All you System-types should love it here.

Had a birthday party for our granddaughter birthday. Everyone wanted Lil John's Pizza. I said, heck no. Primoz Pizza is the Best! They heard of Primoz but never tasted their delicious pizza.Bought 6 Sheets of Pizza! Everyone loved the Pizza and nothing was left. Also, for the 1st time, many of them never had Beef pepperoni pizza. They fell in love with it.Great Job, Papa Primoz!

False advertisement! They advertise $ .50 wings with the purchase of any size pizza on Sundays right on their website. There is nothing indicating that it's only during certain times and/or events. They refused to honor their online price. I asked to speak to the manager and was told "she's out driving today." I showed the girl the website and she said "obviously the owner didn't proofread the advertisement on the website" and "it's not my fault." I explained that I wasn't blaming her and that's why I asked to speak to a manager. Instead she continued blowing off my request and became very rude. Seriously?! Then my total on one receipt is different from my total charge because I used a credit card to pay for the order. I was charged a fee that I was not informed about!! Overall poor customer service and high prices. Medium pizza and 20 wings cost me $49!

So let's get this out of the way. I thought I ordered from east of Chicago but I wasn't paying attention. Here I thought the primo pizza was an off source for delivering the pizza. Once it got here though, I realized I ordered from the wrong people. At this moment, I didn't care anymore as I was hungry and couldn't leave the facility. Me and my partner ate the entire pizza because it was that good. I'd recommend them again

Primoz is by far the best pizza I’ve ever had. We tried it for the first time a few months ago and have been hooked ever since. We always get the chicken bacon ranch and the cheesy bread sticks and they are amazing! Our favorite pizza spot.

This was the first time having Primos pizza. The order taker asked us to try the flavors they recommend over the phone.Went to pick up the order when done in 35min.Brought everything back to the peeps for review.Well, the wings were undercooked and covered by sauce so we all asked each other...why???The two small pizza's we all wanted to share were just average in flavor .The parmageddon has a sour smell to it so we just nibbled on a few pieces and stopped. The pepperoni was average flavored and pretty greasy.We all felt we could not taste the product and further ? Thrown it all away and called ANOTHER place , Kentucky ??The bill was $58.00 for two small and20 wings !! WHAT??????The counter person caught his error and credit back the card $20.00Charged $30 for just wings..HE blamed it on the computer ??You will get charged for using your card for purchase transaction !!Hey now that's good business ??He said it keeps the cost of doing business passes on to us during COVID inflation .....? Yeah ????We all here decided to make this a"NOPE" for any of us.

Good Pizza. Wasn’t a fan of the Rib tips thought they were very lack luster. Ton of options for the pizza. Many different toppings and sauces to add. The website was extremely user friendly and made ordering a breeze. Just thought the pizza tasted very mid. They have a ton of special pizzas I do want to try so I’ll definitely be back to give them another shot

Warning: if you use your card instead of cash, you will be charged extra.Now we order pesto sauce on the pizza because of dietary restrictions and I have to admit it doesn't disappoint. So glad this option is offered!

Ordered a pizza whoever made the pizza forgot to put sauce on it..... Make sure you read the refund policy before you order... If they mess up on your pizza they're not going to refund you your money... To forget the pizza sauce on a $43 pizza and breadstick order is ridiculous...
