Great food, disappointing direction.
I’ve always loved the food fresh, creative, and consistently good. But the experience of paying with cash is beyond frustrating. There’s almost never anyone at the register, and the kiosks don’t take cash. It feels like Balance has lost touch with the basics of customer service. At some point, they got swept up in this overly “woke” ideology that seems more performative than practical, and frankly, it’s off-putting. Sad to see a solid spot drift in this direction.

Soooo good. I moved away and still wish that I was able to get Balance weekly. I get it when I come into town.

The wiseman is my favorite and the brussel sprouts are to die for. I’ve never had anything that I didn’t like though.

Great healthy quick meal options. When it says spicy it is spicy 🔥! They have some really delicious bowls with different sauce options. Try a premade selection or make one of your own. They also have bubble teas here. The Buddha bowl is my favorite me

Good food terrible service. Terrible app as well. No point was there any determination of that you cannot make customizations. I placed an order not 30 seconds later I called. I spoke to Jacob in Perrysburg. I asked if he could remove one item. He was absolutely no help. You cannot tell me that you can’t make an edit to an order placed 30seconds ago. Now all this money spent is wasted. IF THAT IS GOING TO BE A RULE STATE THAT.

My boyfriend and I picked up an order through DoorDash here, and the employee who walked the order to the car literally threw the order in our car window and walked away. The order fell onto the floor of our vehicle. When I went inside and asked for a manager, she said she was one and her excuse for her actions were, “It was just a DoorDash.” Very rude and unprofessional.

I waited to make this review because I had called the manager about my experience and was waiting for her to make it right she didn’t so now I’m leaving my review. I ordered a week or so ago I don’t live in Perrysburg I didn’t realize my drink was wrong until I got home I ordered a flower power with tapioca boba and I got the popping blueberry boba instead. What she should have done was take down my name and number and made a note to the staff that I can get a future drink free but no. I was waiting on an email from corporate? Still haven’t received it I don’t know if she was the same lady who gave my order to my husband or not but that person was also rude to my husband I placed the order before he got off work and he only knew what he wanted not what I ordered for myself and kids so when he went in and asked for my order the person started reading it off and he said hang on let me ask and then she got frustrated and practically tossed it at him! Probably won’t come back which is a shame because where else in Ohio can you get actually good for you take out food??!!

Moved away 5 years ago, still stop here every time I'm back in town.

idk how to feel. they changed the bubble teas—now only one size and new straws. everything on the menu is still pretty good, but if i’m being forced into a large bubble tea, i’d at least like a straw that lets me sip both tea and boba. instead, the drink disappears fast and leaves you with a sad clump of pearls at the bottom. and yeah, i get the push for eco-friendly moves—but can we find a straw with a slightly wider diameter these aren’t it. not for the bubble tea girlies. severely diminished my experience. and i just need that to be known

I friend told me to try the egg rolls, glazed Brussel sprouts, bang bang tacos, and the Wiseman bowl ...I like them all ...and the butterfly B lychee tea with strawberry bubbles is my favorite....

The food is healthy and tastes fine. But who ever is in charge of take out orders never gets them right.

We come here mostly for the Boba, though the food is good too. They have a great selection of Boba.

Tofu, bang bang sauce, any thai guy sauce are all the stuff of dreams. Get the app for points. And don’t miss out on citrus Brussels

They were very busy with carry out orders, they were hustling! The staff was very friendly and apologized to each customer for the wait, but you could see they were working their fastest to get everyone’s order done. Even the customers waiting were being friendly and courteous to the staff because the environment was so positive

Very slow service and was not because of workers, management needs to schedule more employees. Will blame coldness of food and not on workers as they were trying their best to keep up. Large number of delivery orders caused eat in food to be late.
