This one and the one on mayfield are the WORST after the day shift folks leave. I'm not saying they have to be like the folks in the training videos but at least be personable. They don't say "thank you, you're welcome." Sometimes they say nothing at all.
Like...who's management?!
I considered writing to the franchise owner at my last [last] visit.
The one on SOM is way better.

Waited 20 minutes to even have our ordered taken. The young man on fries is just sitting on his phone. No sense of urgency out of anyone. No gloves just touching fries with bare hands. Finally the young lady ask for Bobby to come out to help take orders and he got a whole attitude, like why you mad you gotta do your job. We get the thin mint frosty and he ask if we want vanilla or chocolate, we were stumped cause we thought it was automatically chocolate or something so we are deciding and he gonna rush us aggressively with saying “ so chocolate or vanilla” like oh now you wanna have sense of urgency after we waited over twenty min to be served. Bobby need to go and these people need to be retrained

I get these are all young employees working here but when a customer arrives it's time to be professional. The entire staff was a hot mess, I don't think the had proper training at all. I went in twice as a dasher and they cursed, walked off the stations to the lobby, never attempted to assist myself and a guy who came in with me. I immediately spoke...and how she was doing and told her who I was there for. She basically yelled over me to an employee to "leave her tf alone " and looked back at me and said "you her for such and such" I replied no, I am here for such and such and continued to make an order for a driver who wasn't even there and sat it on the corner. Thankfully a manager came up with my order in hand, she was still running her mouth about nothing that had to do with her customers. At this point I grabbed my order myself and the two drinks that were sitting there, grabbed my own cup holder and left. The guy who came I'm with me rushes to my car and says "they said you took the wrong order" uh...no I served myself so they're confused, this is my order and I don't have all day so I seen it and took it, they need to stop playing and pay attention!

The employees were yelling at each other the whole time and the chick that was working the front counter seemed like she hated everything and was on her phone the whole time. If you're starving, the food was good

If it was possible to give this location a 0 star I would. I placed an online order for drive thru pickup. With 1 car ahead of me, it took 15 minutes to get to the order intercom. I sat there for 15 minutes and no one said anything. After waiting in line for 30 minutes I pulled to the window and told the employee my order and he told me I had to go back around into line. I asked if I could come in he said yes. When I walked in another customer was escalated as he also was waiting forever just to be seen. After waiting inside for 10 minutes they finally greeted me and my order was just sitting there and they handed it to me. Except it wasn't my order, it was someone else's. So I just wasted an hour of my time and didn't get what I ordered, realized after I got home. The short Latino employee is the laziest person I have ever seen. He wasn't working at all he was walking around playing games on his phone and even left the register and went into the lobby to play on his phone. I've seen this guy working at the local planet Fitness and Chipotle, he sucked at those jobs too no wonder he got fired. He's probably the negative energy bringing everyone down I would get rid of him immediately. Everyone else was also just moving in slow motion there was 0 urgency. This was the opposite of fast food I could have gone to a restaurant, ate, paid and left before they gave me my food, absolute embarrassment will be calling corporate and will never return to this location.

Came to your establishment today & I was greeted by a cashier with his cell phone to his ear having a casual conversation like it was okay. I politely told him no thank you & pulled off. If someone can give me my food while on their phone talking then I can just imagine what they’re doing back there. No thank you!
