The food tasted as if it had been burned. I tried an omlett and it looked beautiful but the taste wasn't great. I also ordered a side of bacon that I didn't even finish because it was rock hard.I will not be returning.

This was the worst dining experience I have ever had at this particular Bob Evans restaurant. I should have known it would be a terrible dining experience when the server didn't write down our order. He brought out my breakfast one item at a time. I eventually had to go to the manager to complain about the poor service. The manager did basically nothing besides take the menu items I didn't receive off the bill. That was one meal, in my opinion, that should have been on the house. The only thing I could do is pay the bill and give an appropriate tip( $.01) There are too many places for me to spend my money, I won't be returning

Terrible restaurant, food is below average, especially for the price.Wait for food is very long.I have also been in this location 4 or 5 times for delivery, it is never smooth, delivery app says 4:10 pick up and the food isnt ready until 4:35. Wasting 25 minutes of my time sitting in the restaurant i have waited almost up to an hour for a sibglr order.Do not comee, waste of money and time.

They always missing items for my salad. Never answer the phone. This don't even give u enough dressing or salad sauce or utensils..they never correct their problems when it's addressed to them. I'm tired of calling to tell them what's always missing..

Bold and Beautiful
This is a typical Bob Evans. The plate was hotter than the food. The waitress was busy but took care of us. They looked like they were possibly short staffed in the kitchen. Waitress was attentive and did her best with the slow kitchen.

I ordered through Uber Eats. No coleslaw, no diet pepsi. Gave me pancakes instead. The food was cold and country fried steak and Mashed potatoes were awful. Never again. How do you stay open?
Food cold, hashbrowns burnt, hard scrambled eggs were slimy in the center… service was a 1 out of 10, wanted to get out of there so bad.

Update 11/2023. Food good. Service super super slow.Absolutely terrible. (And not the first time. We only have gone back due to proximity.) Went in and placed carry out order. Waited 45 min+. 4 other carry outs & 2 door dash folks were in & out. At least 5 employees at one time were up front. Sorry! Laughing, cell phones, walking around..crazy. I finally told them cancel. I was told just waiting on corn. While the food was sitting out on counter (no heater). Gm offered credit and take food. Sorry...food has to cold by now. Then no credit order was over 45 min. Corp has to credit card back. Bad bad experience. Alot of employees and nothing getting done.?UpdateWell was.going to try them again. Called for carry out at 720pm. They close 8pm. Refused to take order. No more as they close at 8pm. Its carry out. I wanted the wildfire chik salad. Its Not dine in. Whatever folks. I guess everyone has forgotten about supporting local businesses. Noone cares. Wait for Bidens covid plan and closures. Businesses are gonna be hurting and looking for customers. Should have know not to try again. NO wonder I have seen 2 bob Evan's closed.

Bob's is always a solid experience, we went for a late breakfast, had good, well made eggs, toast, biscuits, gravy, always good coffee... Our waitress was also very nice and attentive.
