I went a few days ago to get a sandwich for myself and my daughter and the employee named brooklyn was extremely helpful and patient with me as this was my first time at a sub place like this. She suggested a grilled sandwich and made it for me very promptly and with every modification i requested. It was one of the best sandwiches i’ve consumed in a while. We called after one of the other locations canceled our catering order for lunch for 50. They were courteous on the phone, had the order done before the time requested and my colleague that picked the order up said they helped her load the order into her car. We will definitely call this location again for future catering orders!

The workers are not polite. They do not greet you, they just stare. I felt extremely uncomfortable when I first walked in. The only lady that was polite was the women making my sandwich on the grill. The bigger one at the register just has issues. I will not be coming back to this location.
