This small chicken wing store is located inside the Speedway gas station at the halfway between Columbus and Dayton. It is a good rest area for me while driving. Their chicken wings are cheap and crispy but a little dry.

I've been there a few times at South Vienna speedway raise the roost at 5:30 after work to pick up dinner for the family and they never have any food and they don't close until 8:00 and they're not going to cook any more food at 5:30. Went in there this evening. Got four pieces of chicken for $15. They had no sides. They only had about eight pieces of chicken to choose from and about 10 strips and that was it at 5:30 in the evening. I asked why they didn't have any food. They said they were getting ready to close. I said it's 8 5:30. You don't close till 8:00 I guess they must do that all the time so nobody shows up. That's why they don't make any food. Very poor management. I don't get it speedway should boot them

every time I've gone in around 5:30 after work to get chicken dinner for the family. all they have is a couple pieces of chicken and maybe 15 or 20 chicken strips. no sides has to be the worst managed chicken house I've ever seen. they're not supposed to close till 8 :00 and they have no food at 5:30

The chicken and biscuits from Raise the Roost inside the 7-Eleven on Newtown Road and Providence are, by far, the worst I've ever had. The chicken was either overcooked and dry, with burnt outsides and —likely due to improper fryer temperatures or incorrect timer settings. The coating was thick and cakey, indicating poor preparation. Even the green beans had no seasoning or taste. I recommend not using salt if you decide to season. To top it off, the bathrooms were in horrible and smelly condition. I would've returned the food if I had time. Thumbs down! I took pictures but you cannot upload
