They were not interested in catering it felt like. We said we were first time there and the person did not guide and the meal that my friend shared as a snack was disgusting. The chicken was dry like a cardboard. Fries soggy and oily.

I don't like this location because they don't give you what they suppose to serve you. I order a 10 pc family meal and they only give breasts and wings. No thighs or legs. I have asked them about the chicken pieces before tney served them, but they still proceeded to give me only breasts and wings. I don't think I will going back there.

Not a good experience or look. Unfortunately, the food was cold after waiting a very long time. The cash register person was extremely slow with everything, bagging the food, keeping the order straight. A gentleman came from the back to try and make things right. But, it was just a mess. The bathroom was filthy, which sat right across from the food counter in the dine-in area. I won't want to eat at any Popeyes for a while after that experience. I gave the food back because of its appearance and the food was very cold.

I don't know why it's always when I come to this location. I ordered 15 minutes earlier on the app. A Chicken Sandwich and tried. I wanted to try some wings. Only 1 cars in the drive through no cars in the lot...it still took 10min to to get up speaker.

When I get to speak, he tells me then I need to wait.... I wait for another five minutes in which I am at the five minute mark.Asking hello anybody there.

He comes back on with an attitude saying, what's your order? I let him know my mobile order number. He says, go ahead and pull up.

I pull up to the window, he. Tells me yeah, that I have to wait because there is no ghost pepper ranch, so he pulls me over to the side and tells me to park there the car.

II stay waiting there for an additional 10 minutes in total. It took 25 minutes for me to finally say I can no longer wait. I end up calling the store right speaking to him. He said that there's only 2 people working. And they're trying to get their order out. I explained to them that I placed the order. 15 minutes before I arrived, and I'm still having to wait 20 minutes at the store, 20 plus minutes ridiculous, I ended up leaving without my order. I'm sure they're still working on my order...

Had us pull around to wait on food which is no problem at all! But we pulled around to find an employee inside the backdoor bent over the sink for 15 min high on something. The two guys cooking alone did great but someone needs to look into this woman employee

Stopped while on vacation and the staff was unbelievable! I have never heard people talk so politely and kindly to each other. They were complimenting each other, working to get things prepped and also very polite to the customers. I already wrote to the company to express my gratitude for how refreshing it was to have good food and to overhear good conversation, versus how most employees are disgruntled and complaining, these days. The manager was impressive, in how she treated the staff with respect. The entire staff deserves awards and should be training all other establishments on how to interact amongst themselves and with customers. If we're ever back down that way, we will be sure to stop!!!!

The food was delicious, the person on front counter smiled, gave great service, and fresh food. However, during my visit there was a little girl running through the dining room and screaming mom at the front counter. I noticed a woman in uniform walk up there to deal with the child. We were there for about 45 minutes and the little girl was all alone. It's very disconcerting to see someone bring their child to work. I'm pretty sure this is against policy. She could have been injured or worse.
