Had to ask to get self serve coffee refilled (nobody monitoring). Then half and half pitcher empty. Again nobody checking on it obviously. Waited 12 minutes before asking if my bagel was ready. "Oh what did you order? I forgot to even make it." Zero personality, dry and seemed annoyed. This was at 9:30 am Monday morning, and we were the only ones on on line. Don't recommend this location.

I just wanted to offer my gratitude to this place for their excellent customer service, polite staff, clean environment and tasty food. I appreciate you very much.

Screwed up my order. Didn't seem to care or offer to fix it. Asked for ketchup. Girl apathetically shrugged and said "we must be out" with out actually looking anywhere or asking anyone.

Alyssa made me the best avocado, egg, and spinach breakfast sandwich on Asiago cheese. She came up to the register when I was ordering it and then went a made it to my specifications. I took the tome to call the restaurant and share my pleasure for a wonderful breakfast. I hope this makes her day, as she has already made mine!

The morning crew is absolutely horrible. Time after time they just can't seem to get things right. My orders are always wrong, missing something, or incorrectly made. This seems to be the norm based on my observations while waiting on my orders. Customers are constantly coming in complaining for the same reason I stated above. This is the first ever review I had to write because a restaurant was so bad.

I have never been to Panera and i never will be back. When you order they don't tell you that you have to pick up your order at a separate place in the back of the store than the front counter. I am hard of hearing and apparently the way that they inform you that your order is done is by saying your name down at the other end of the store. How they don't just bring it out to you or at the very least tell you where to pick it up is beyond me. They stood there for 5 minutes watching me wait at the front while my food was ready without trying to get my attention. Don't come here if you are hard of hearing or deaf because they will not be able to serve you

I ordered the pepperoni flatbread pizza. It was $8.50. The best thing about it was the cheese, fresh mozzarella and fontina mozzarella blend are the best part. From there, it falls flat (pun intended!). The crust is something you'd expect from a bakery, not a pizzeria. It sort of tastes like the bread. No surprise, just that the crust doesn't combine well with the other ingredients. The pepperoni was not spicy or have much flavor. Some of the pepperoni was crispy, but most wasn't. The sauce was the absolute worst part of the pizza - it literally looked like tomato sauce right out of the can! No spices and no pizzazz at all. I did eat it all, just hoping it would taste right. It totally left me wanting real pizza. First time, last time, for me.

Let's start by saying that the food is amazing. However, the service isn't the best. I order rapid fire pickup every Thursday and Friday early in the morning. They take a long time to finish the order even though they aren't busy and when they do finish the order, they never put it on the rapid fire pickup shelf which defeats the purpose of it being a rapid pickup. They mess up orders quite a bit.

The main reason I go to this location is that it is about a mile from my house. The second reason is, I really enjoy the food (usually). The employees are very friendly. However, I have complained in the past (twice) about an employee who wore his pants below his rear end and that just is a huge turn-off when ordering food. This time, I got my usual sandwich (Turkey Bravo) and it lacked one ingredient, but added one more. A very long hair. I know it wasn't mine or anyone in my family, because I didn't open my sandwich until the following day. I threw it away, of course. PLEASE have your employees wear hair nets or a hat or something! The next problem is, they don't ever seem to clean. There's dirt and dust all over the computer at the pick-up counter. I have been in here enough to know it's not been cleaned. I will come one more time in the next couple of weeks. If it's still dirty, then I can't trust how bad the kitchen is.

Good Customer service however very disappointed with what was supposed to be my lunch ... it literally looked like a everything was thrown together and the sandwich wasn’t even made correctly even the second time around for a half sandwich that literally only had like two slices of meat pieces at that and a half Greek salad no meat in the salad and a T I paid about $18

Pooped in to pickup a loaf of bread. Service was friendly and fast. The bread was fresh. It was a good visit.
