The food was fresh and hot the cashier was amazing they actually carried my tray to my table for me without me having to ask once my order was done they were wonderful I would revisit this location
We were driving from Ohio back to Indianapolis on Dec. 20, 2023 & decided A&W sounded good. Little did we know, the restaurant was a combo LJS/A&W store. Even better! Each of us got to enjoy a different restaurant at the same time!Our server, Latoya, was fantastic! She knows her job and does it well. She interacts so well with customers, so friendly. We had a large order, but no one in line in front of us or behind. Cashier had to ask for help on a few basic order items. We waited for 18 minutes to get our food. Half of the fountain drink options were out of order, including A&W Root Beer! Seems like it hasn't been mopped for quite a while- entire dining room was slick and greasy.
