Horrible management. The owner doesn’t give two cents about the store. I was mistreated, lied to, manipulated, and retaliated against while working there. If you’re a woman, DO NOT work here. It’s a boys club. I did so much for this store, brought the major in, and they treated me like dirt. Please don’t give your money to this store. The food is weeks old and the pans have never been washed.

This place is just your average pizza joint. Managers on hard drugs, and a disorganized owner who obviously doesn’t care about the Stow location. They constantly run out of ingredients and supplies, and don’t respect the women in their workplace. DO NOT give them your business, this location needs to close down, it is clearly too much for the owner to handle.

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. Didn’t receive food to address. Delivery driver was rude and said “I followed your instructions”. Took $35 and did not refund. Do not order food or eat at this place they are terrible!

Pan Pizza is my favorite but will never order from here again. My $8.49 salad was a container of brown wilted, rotten and slimy lettuce. When I called to let them know, she wanted to put a credit on my account. I politely told her no, I would like my money refunded. I was told the owner would have to issue the credit and she asked for my name and phone number and said he will have to call you. A week later and still no credit, I called to ask and she said it had been done and would take a couple days. I told her please let him know it would have been nice to have been called back, and she hung up on me!! WTH kind of customer service is that??? Anyway, no credit a week and a half later so will not go to this establishment again!!! Worst customer service ever!Too many other choices in the area.

East of Chicago has a great pan pizza. Their salads are awful. The last one I got had a load of fresh cheese meat and tomatoes on the top. But underneath all brown slimy lettuce. This is my second bad salad from there and my last. Won't even go back for the pizza. And on top of it I was told the owner would call me and issue a refund. I called at 5pm and was told he did it. And I said let him know a phone call would have been appreciated and she hung up on me! Forget this place.

Taste great fresh but second day, even with air fryer, the taste just isn’t the same. Depends on how to make the pizza, whether second day it can keep the flavor. Despite this, feel I got my value for the product for its original intentions.

Love their pizza(pepperoni and pineapple)and wings!

Just ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and a pepperoni pizza. The Buffalo chicken pizza was burnt on one side and barely cooked on the other. The past couple of times that we’ve ordered, the quality just hasn’t been as good. Just disappointing.

I've worked at East of Chicago locations before. This location doesn't make their dough correctly. It's often flat and never has the airy crunch of other locations. The previous owner's pies were much better. They don't make any of the sides I've had to spec either, and they're bad anyway because they use the same dough.I ordered a pizza online and the coupon didn't work correctly, charged me for an extra topping. When I explained it to management, they gave me a hard time about it, but the general manager sorted it out after 10 minutes. No big deal, and I was happy to tip the difference when they fixed the mistake. Went to order again and the coupon is still messed up. Does the GM not care? It only takes a minute to fix the coupon in their system. I guess I'll get an East of Chicago pizza next time I'm in green. It's a good pie when you make it right!

I started to go to this location because the one in Kent closed. This place is HORRIBLE! I have given the place numerous chance. One day my pizza was so burnt it was black, the next time it was doughy and way under cooked! I don't know if it's the oven or the employee but don't waste your money!!!
