Brought my wife here for our anniversary. So glad i did! Food, drinks, and service was amazing. My wife had a filet and i had the chops. Both were soooooo tender and flavorful. To drink i had cranberry mules and she had expresso martinis, again both were great! Highly recommend this place for any occasion. Thank you Malcuits for a great anniversary dinner.

For a locally owned restaurant, the family run Malcuit's is clearly one of Ohio's top small town steakhouses!! My wife and I probably visit a half dozen times annually & each time, another positive is added to Malcuit's lengthy list of plus side happenings.Whether you're diving into the delicious steak choices, the daily special ( my wife had the beef tips and noodles during our most recent trip ), or virtually any other item on the Malcuit's menu.....you really can't go wrong.One of the most underrated parts of a Malcuit's dining experience is their dessert menu. It tends to change and rotate, but I've found them all to be a near perfect ending to one of the best meals you'll find in eastern Ohio.

For special occasions, Malcuit's Tavern is by far our favorite place to dine! ❤️I started dining at "Leonard's," now Malcuit's 50 years ago, nowhere else compares for your special night out!Parking: The parking is convenient, right outside the door but leaving is always a challenge. The traffic in Strasburg is only 2 lane, making it difficult to pull out.
Very friendly atmosphere. Food was excellent. First time here gonna have to try something different next time.

I've heard a lot about this place but never tried it due to the menu listing the price of a hamburger at market.My Aunt reserved a family dinner here so now I get to see what the hubbub is all about. Well, not at all what I expected. I thought it was some fancy restaurant with fancy staff. Nope. I personally would say it's a step up from Applebee's with a higher price menu. I didn't hear anyone exclaim that the meal was extraordinary or worth the price. It's been a few weeks since I've been there and I honestly can't remember what I ate.Parking: Finding parking is difficult but trying to leave is almost impossible! SUVs and trucks park along the road and block the view of oncoming traffic. Forget about turning left. Just watch for headlights under the trucks and make a fast right. Hopefully, everyone IS using their lights.The front row should really be restricted to cars.
