We have been wanting to make it 63 Corks si ce the opened! Finally we had the right time to go. At our table we had the walleye fritter, the pork chop, new York strips, winter calamari, bacon wrapped scallops, gnocchi, lava cake, sweat potato cream Brule, and New York cheesecake, there wasn't 1 thing that passed our lips that was not amazing! Our experience with 63 Corks was fantastic. Scallops were cooked to perfection, gnocchi and Parmesan cream was fantastic and the aged ribeye was delicious. Overall a very pleasant experience from service to drinks to dinner and dessert. We look forward to returning!

Our friends suggested this restaurant and we we’re able to get a reservation for Valentine’s Day. The food is unlike any other near us. It’s fresh and the pairings are perfect. Our waitress, Ashley was able to answer our questions and provide an excellent wine choice. It’s cool that you can see into the kitchen and there is a table option called the Chefs table where you can watch them prepare your meal. Everything is an A+. It’s a must try!
