Never have chicken, there is always, ALWAYS a wait on chicken. One time I was told 20 min..I paid sat in my car didn't get chicken till an hour later. And it wasn't even the chicken I ordered. When I asked for the correct order I was told that I had to wait 20 min for chicken... AGAIN..I then asked for my money back and was told it would be refunded to my card.. IT NEVER WAS..

Chicken was undone and biscuit was as well. Mash potatoes tasted nasty . Never go back there again they should be shut down for good.

I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, one regular and one spicy. For a place named Church’s chicken you would think it would even be cooked right. My chicken was undercooked, and my buns burnt. Same for the other sandwich. Honestly, it’s a mystery as to how this place is still open. By the look of their chicken, you would thing that it would’ve been closed down by health inspections for serving inedible food. At least the biscuits and mash potatoes are good but honestly, just go to kfc. At least they know how to cook. 20$ wasted.

I have been to this place 3 times in the last year and they have people that are less than professional , they have been rude and act like they don't want you there. I went yesterday and it was after 10 and they open at 10 but they were still mopping floor there was no chicken even started the white lady that worked there said there wouldn't be any chicken ready for another 25 to 35 minutes. She was behaving like she was addressing her friends in the hood. So unprofessional and the windows on the doors were so greasy and dirty you couldn't see in. I love Churches but that stores employees have never been kind or courteous to me. You will not have a good experience there. No more for me.

Don't waste your time! Ordered $50 worth of food and didn't get my coleslaw, fried okra and sandwich. Tried calling the location and the number is invalid it say. Called corporate to get a refund and they were rude and told me it would take almost a week or more to hear back from someone and even longer for a refund. The food was pretty horrible aside from the biscuits and tenders. The grease from the fried chicken made me feel sick and I couldn't keep it in. The mac and cheese tasted like it was very old and had been sitting around. This was our first time trying this place and our last.

The staff was very friendly. The food was really good and fresh places is a bit dingy, but to be honest any place that fries that much food usually is, due to the nature of the cooking style.
