how can breakfast be so bad at 8:30 in the morning. I purchased a big breakfast with hotcakes. the hotcakes were cold, and hard. like some microwave them too long. my grandkids threw them away. the sausage was black. I didn't eat it either. the sausage egg McMuffin was ok. call the McDonald's to report the food all you got was a busy tone. call the number at the bottom of the receipt. which was the manager left message never got a call back. this is not the McDonald's I normally go to matter of fact I haven't been there in over a year. that was the closest one to where I was coming from. next time I'll just drive the distance because I'm wasting my money and I still have to fix breakfast

I bought a steak egg and cheese bagle like I do at least 2 -3 times a week, this morning from a different location and their were peices of bacon in the steak bagle sandwich. I am muslim. They do not know that but they almost looked hidden in the sandwich. I prayed and cleaned my mouth but I am very disappointed.

Do not go here, ever. Came in here a couple days ago to first get an ice water for FREE. Came back in here a little later to get food because my other meal wasn’t good, order a Filet O Fish and fries and waited about 10 min. After a good 10 min my food was ready, and I proceeded to ask for two sauces. I was told I had to pay… but why would I pay for sauces when I can go to ANY McDonald’s right down the street and get it for free… so I asked for a refund. The manager Harold, a heavy set black man comes and holds my bag up and asks what’s wrong. I said ya’ll are charging for sauces so I want my money back (mind you I ordered on the self ordering machine not with a person). He ask me did I get nuggets and I said no and the response I got from him was absolutely disrespectful. He says “So what makes you think you get sauces if you didn’t get nuggets”… when has that EVER been a rule that I can’t have FREE sauces with ANY meal I purchase. What kind of manager would say that to a customer? That’s exactly why you work at McDonald’s, so stay there cause I promise you in ANY PROFESSION ESTABLISHMENT that would NEVER FLY. This manager needs to work on his manners and step down from a manager position if he wants to talk to people like that. I will not be disrespected like that EVER, you are nothing and never will be if you continue to treat people like that.

Unbelievable it’s a year later, and this company is still staff with the same crew members with disgusting attitudes. They were unable to make coffee that look drinkable. I had white floaties in the 2 cups they tried to prepare for me. I had to get a refund after driving my car to this specific location nearby my house. I find it very disgusting to have to go to a whole other McDonald’s due to their coffee having floaty’s, the worker was quick and hostile to tell me she’ll just give me a refund like I can go somewhere else with my money, made me feel my money wasn’t worth her time as a customer?

The bathrooms were locked with a sign to see cashier for key when I asked for it she rudely told me it was for paying customers I would have to buy something to use it I showed her my phone as I was gonna do a mobile order she then said well place the order I will give u the key!!!! I at that point told her no thanks your rude I’m not buying anything here and left
