Be careful of going to this McDonald's, I recommend going a little more to the Woodville location, mainly if you're paying with card. First they had a "malfunction" with my payment going thru, then found out they added another item when I only asked for one of them, and they thought I had the wrong order or something and it took awhile to resolve my problem..but atleast the food was for the most part correct..

My son and I just wanted something quick to eat and decided to stop here. The cashier at the drive thru was very polite and the ladies who brought our order out were kind as well. The food was FRESH and HOT. I haven't had service like that from Mc Donald's in a very long time. Whoever the crew is at 630pm on Friday, March 1st...GREAT JOB!

Moved for 3 years, came back, my fiance ran to grab a quick breakfast. They forgot the drink and hashbrown. He sat in the drive through until someone reluctantly and with an attitude opened the window. He told them what they had forgotten and had gotten an attitude with him like he was wasting their time. Then when he gets home no salsa in the bag. Which is odd beings they ask what sauce you want as soon as you order it... This is one of the worst McDonald's in The East toledo area. I don't understand how this is still open. Incompetent, disrespect staff with no regard for customer service or having a job in general. It's been needing upper management to step in now for years. Let's do something about this already.
