I just called to check on a price, got an advertisement in the mail. I was quoted three different prices in less than 10 minutes and spent 15 minutes on the phone when all I was trying to do was check on a price. The first order taker was polite but apparently untrained. I like your product but I would be extremely hesitant in considering ever ordering from you again.

Their breadsticks never disappoint. The same great flavor I've loved for decades. Delivery was amazing. Updated frequently. Very nice driver. The pizza's we ordered were a little floppy but were a welcomed change and tasted fantastic. ( floppy not meant to be bad since it's not the usual 'full feeling of bread) my only disappointment was I ordered a personal pan pizza ( one topping mushroom) for $4.99 when I could have had a medium for $7.all around great experience and definitely will order again.

Overall my experience at this Reynolds Road near Dorr Street location is usually pretty good but I don't know what's going on now but yesterday my experience was The Worst Ever I won't list everything but the main problem I had was my pizza was not cut and impossible to eat on the go without making a mess. Unacceptable

Pizza Hut customer for over 10 years but the service/product in the last year has gone down over 100%. Several times have had missing dips, horrible pizza and Apple Pies that were cooked too long and hard as a rock. I have ordered a few times after the bad food/service because I know everyone has a bad day now and again but now I am done. Three times out of the last four orders something is either missing, wrong or not what was ordered and when I call the store (which is just around the corner) I am told that the missing items can not be delivered because Doordash is delivering and the missing items are under three dollars. Really, I just spent $30 dollars and you can't get three dollars worth of product one tenth of a mile to correct a mistake YOU made???!!! I am done with Pizza Hut and will encourage any of my friends to find a different place to order pizza.
