Haven’t been to Rudy’s in quite a while. Just stepped in with my son for a piece of cake and coffee and hot chocolate. Stood by the register with her tray for 10 minutes. There were three workers. Not one of them even said hi to us. We walked out. There were no other customers when we walked in. They waited on everybody that came to the drive-through while we were waiting and did not bother to recognize us at all. Pretty easy to see why every other Rudys is closing down.

Food and service were both mediocre. The hot dogs and sauce are rather bland. Fries were nothing to write home about either. Not much that made the meal or the experience stand out or make me want to go back.

Pulled into parking lot before 6:30pm, went to door...locked! OPEN signs still on. Pulled up to place drive thru order...asked for chili Mac- we're out of chili Mac for the night! Are you kidding me?? Beginning of the week and you're out of stuff to make chili mac?? This location has gone down not only in quality of food but also customer service...very disappointed!!

Took 20 minutes to get 3 hot dogs and a " Sizzler sandwich" which ended up being a scorched piece of meat with lettuce and tomato and the hot dogs were meh deff done with Rudy's at this location maybe other location is ok but I won't plan on finding out after this
