One of the better ones in the area. Long lines at night, but that's expected at times being near UT. Workers are usually polite and orders have been correct. No complaints about food.

Went through the drive thru ordered 3 soft taco supremes Xtra cheese Xtra sour cream. I literally live 2 minutes away, when I got home, and opened one of them, it was cold, the ingredients looked old, the soft shell was stuck to the paper. And, there was no Xtra cheese or sour cream on them. I called up there the Mgr said he would make it right the next day. I went back through the drive thru explained what happened the lady told me to pull up. I asked multiple times if there was Xtra cheese and sour cream on the tacos, she kept telling me yes. I got home and was so mad, there was not anything Xtra on my tacos. I refuse to go back to the taco bell at Airport and Byrne. They don't make the orders right but charge you for the Xtra ingredients. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE, GO TO THE ONE ON FRONT AND MAIN, THEY MAKE YOUR FOOD RIGHT. And it's hot and fresh.Parking: It's fairly big, but it got an island in the middle of it, which makes it somewhat difficult to get in and out when they get busyWheelchair accessibility: They have handicapped parking and I believe the sidewalk slants down so a wheelchair can have easy access as well
This is a busy taco bell they are fast and evident. If I'm on a time crunch I go here. The Employee's are always in a friendly mood and I appreciate that more than anything.

Mexican pizza wasn't even assembled cheese wasn't melted and was completely cold. Nacho fries were also stone cold and hard. Two items and neither one was remotely edible.

These employees are dumber than a box of rocks during 3rd shift. Can't even put the drink with the order. Must not know how to read. I mean how else do they screw up an order so bad. Nothing is right. Dumb a$$ employees should put down that pipe and do their jobs.

I came to the store to pick up two door dash orders. There was a long line but I waited the ten minutes to get up to the speaker. The employee confirmed they had my two customers orders. I waited another 10 minutes to get up to the window. Then waited another 15 minutes at the window for them to tell me they didn’t have my second order. I asked to speak to the manager and told me “it’s not on the screen so it’s not my problem”, even though the employee confirmed to him that it had been on the screen. He told the employee to just ring it in. Then after continuing to wait the employee came back and said the manager was basically refusing to make the food and wouldn’t respond to him. I pulled out an came up to the lobby doors and the manager refused to come and talk to me to resolve the problem. The employees came to the door and said they didn’t know how to help me because he would communicate with them. I waited in total over an hour for the food and ended up getting only the one customers order. Disrespectful. Uncooperative. Unprofessional. I will never dash here nor spend another personal cent at this location or any of the other RickSims Franchises.
