I Googled this location to see if they were open..said they closed at 3am. I got there at 1:57a pulled up to the speaker and the employee said they are closed...the sign says they close at 3am...I think they in the smoking pot and shutting down the restaurant to do so

I understand people make mistakes and forget to pack items into your bag, but what I do have a problem with is being called a liar!! When I called to let them know that they forgot some items, Jaclynn, told me that they were in the bag because she put them there. Needless to say one of my guys didn't get to eat their lunch. Thank you Jacky ? ??

This location is always good for its customer service employees and great with dealing with frustration card issues always glad to do services with this location very convenient that it's really close to home when I don't feel like cooking!
Waited at the drive thru for more than 5 minutes before pulling around and going inside, with the car at the speaker. No live person on the register. Lady behind the counter just pointed at the screen. To top it off in true Taco Bell Style, they still got the order wrong. Knew I should have checked the bag but figured I went in and ordered it should be right. No time to go back, would have been late.
The workers have ZERO customer service. They would rather play around than wait on anyone. They completely ignored anyone who didn't use the kiosk. The food was mediocre. When they did deal with customers it was with

Service was absolutely amazing. I had a problem working the kiosk and they stepped from behind the counter to help me. Received my food in an ok amount of time. Which is to be expected but the greetings and the smiling faces made up for that.
Food is good, the craving boxes are a good deal. Make your own choices.
