It’s not the fault of this location that their internet was down and they could not scan QR for points and for contest. They gave me a receipt and said to try requesting points. I did through the app and was told no. Very disappointed in Tim’s customer service. They have lost a loyal customer. I will drive a little further to Dunkin from now on. ?

We are fromflorida - and we know Tim Horton coffee is very good. We had it here. We also got a dozen donuts - mixed kind. They were excellent . The young man at the counter had a Greer smile and he served us. The atmosphere was also clean .

Spent 25 minutes in the drive thru for a coffee, when I finally got up to the window one of the workers came over and asked if I ordered 2 bagels, I replied no. She then scoffed and pointed at me saying you have a nice day, walking away saying something to a coworker.

This Tim Hortons is not clean at all and people don't seem to care if you're there or not. Most Tim Hortons are set up for people to go in and charge your phone while doing things online for school but the outlets don't work. Disappointed!!!
