I ordered the classic bacon double burger went back to work open sandwich it was a Very Spicy Chicken sandwich with some kind of spicy crunchy crumbles on top Nasty but Nothing I could do I'm back on the clock people have allergic reactions to certain types of food this could've been life

Been here 3 times since they reopened. First time was at 7:50 am on a weekday. Sat in drive thru for almost 10 min. Said hello multiple times. No one could be seen in window, as I left to go to burger king I saw someone come up to register. Second time the woman seems irritated I was ordering, got my food. Asked for salt she gave me an extra straw. The pretzel baconator was burnt and did not taste like the delicious one I had gotten a week earlier at Navarre Wendy's. Went back this morning and got breakfast, again staff at pickup window seemed irritated I was there. they charged me for gravy (I did not get gravy or order anything with gravy) the egg sandwich was gritty like eating sand and the cold brew coffee tasted sour. The woman said she started making it vanilla when I asked for chocolate (I've had these before as well) and I don't know what she did but it tasted disgusting like sour milk. I had asked for light ice and it was over half full. Also both times I ordered they were out of stuff! Will not be back. All that money on a new building wasted.

Why in the world would the dining room be closed at 9:30 at night? Their hours say they're open till 1am on the door.Brought my money elsewhere.

I didn't eat there...I waited in line and it felt like forever. It was a short time, but in that short time it made me not want to eat there. Some people were standing around and others were working working but in the amount of time I was standing there, I loss my appetite.

Came through to get breakfast. Says they opened at 630 came by at 830. Lights were on but no one home. Disappointing since this is freshly remodeled and my first time visiting.

The last time I went to this location they were out of coke. Today you had to pay with exact cash or a card. They were out of Frostys and baked potatoes. I ordered two cookies, got to the window and they only had one cookie left. Someone needs to learn how to keep this location stocked.

First time ordering from this location using Uber eats. It took 3 hours to arrive(due to 2 additional drivers cancelling pickup). I'm assuming they were pretty busy. I didn't mind the wait because I understood the possible predicament, it being a day before Thanksgiving Day. I unfortunately was heated enough to write a review because I am without a meal at the moment. I received 1/3 of my order, for my wife received her sandwich but the other 2 sandwiches for me and my two year old son were not to be found in the bag. I called for a refund but I am still forced to search my fridge for something to eat tonight. I understand mistakes happen but they need to thoroughly make sure all items are in these delivery bags before they have the driver take it out. I get pressure with time have people making mistakes at fast food joints but management needs to be more on it because this location is a new experience for me and my family and I spent $45 for 3 hours of patience, just to get a burger and some drinks delivered to my door and calling for a reimbursement on 2 other meals that should've been priority and even counted by the Uber eats driver. Tonight's manager and Uber eats driver could of prevented this mistake if they just slowed down and counted the items in the order. They had 3 hours to do so..
