Food was good and the employees were friendly. Only issue was the floor was so sticky everywhere made me kinda nervous that the tables were not cleaned like they shouldve been also.

The Food Definitely Does NOT look like in the commercials. We ordered The Fish Sandwich and it was 'Meh' The Employee's were awesome, hence the 4 stars. Cold Fries and Fish Burgers Were 1 star

There were three people working here tonight and all of them were hiding somewhere in the back. There were seated customers eating and there were two ( in different parties) of us waiting to be waited on. I yelled for them twice. I had to wait ten minutes for them to come out of hiding. I understand taking breaks but not all together. I wanted an apple pie, he rang it up and the cherry pies I guess were where the apple pies go, so I got a cherry pie.

Went through the drive through, we ordered 2 beef and cheddar, 1 regular roast beef, and 1 chicken sandwich. We got 1 beef and cheddar and 4 regular roast beef. We asked for Arby's and Horsey sauce, neither were provided. This location has been a train wreck ever since the pandemic.

Went to try the new Big Game burger....I know, a burger...from Arby's???.. Quite possibly one of the BEST burgers I have ever tasted. It was NOT gamey, and the standard condiments complement it well. I did add some horsey sauce to spice it up a hair, and it definitely added another layer to the deliciousness of the experience. Well done Arby's, well done!
