First time visiting since the Tricker family owned the store. The service was just a little slow in the drive thru. Other than that it was great. I had a Blizzard and my Amish crew had a quart of soft ice cream. Not bad at all.

Blizzards were definitely not worth the money you pay for them. The upside down test would have had ours on the floor.

waited in line for 15 minutes to order (had to pull to the window to order because the speaker is janky). when i finally got to the window at 8:55 i was told "sorry we're not making anymore food tonight.. i mean we close in 5 minutes". WHY would you even have me wait in line to deny me service? then his response was extremely crude and unprofessional. terrible experience i'll be going elsewhere from here on out

If it was an option, I'd give negative stars. Each time we've gone, they shut down an hour early when it clearly says they're open until 9. Everyone (with the exception of one young man) have all had bad attitudes and every time we ask for a special that is on the menu or posted all over the store, they seem to have "already discontinued" it.We were just there at the drive thru and not only did they claim that they discontinued their truffle blizzard, but when I asked for a large chocolate cup with sprinkles, they gave me a vanilla that was leaning so far that it almost fell out of the bowl. We even went to let the girl know at the window know, but she closed the window on us and walked away.Definitely will NOT be back here. We'll drive the extra time to go out to Cortland instead
