Took almost 20-25 minutes to get ice cream after our group ordered so kids were not too happy. Cashier was great but rest of crew definitely needs a hospitality class especially with little kids (4 & under)

Some things never change. We showed up at 8:33, and CLOSED. Why have hours and not stay open?! This is why we go to A-town.

This is the second or third time now we’ve gone here around 8 or 8:30- pulled in last night at 8:28 hours said they are open until 9:30… got in the drive through and they shut the lights off and said sorry we are closed- but only when I pulled in as I’m sitting at the speaker after they just did someone else’s order? It’s sooo rude. Again, this isn’t the first time it’s happened. Drive to Newton falls- way better service and they are actually open and never have any issues with that location.

Whatever u do if you are black do not apply at this Dairy Queen their General Manager name is Michelle!! She’s racist and only hires white people !! Very unprofessional and the place was absolutely disgusting seen an employee drop napkins on the disgusting floor and put it in someone’s bag !! Just go to Niles Dairy Queen for food or treats !!

Cold shoulder kind of feeling when being served by the older women. Never get everything right. Charge for a cup of water. Started going to the north jackson one. No chicken or burgers but I'd rather have hotdogs than go to this one ...even if it is out of my way

We have eaten at the Dairy Queen in Lord's Town Oh. for many years and always found the food to be hot and fresh and of generally good quality. Not so last trip. 8-14-23. We ordered regular cheeseburgers with fries and drink. Fries were hot and good. Cheeseburgers were reheated meat on a fresh bun. The meet was so hot, it was hard to hold, and the paper thin patty was burned around the outside to a point where it was hard to bite. The Sprite tasted stale and out of a machine that needed cleaning. Waste of money and time driving over. No more, Lord's Town Dairy Queen.Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids there, only place to eat.Parking: Much more room for parking than will be needed if the food doesn't improve.
