This dunkin and other dunkins owned by the same franchise owner are awful. Noone cares about customer service. Placed a order online to be told when I got there they had nothing to replace it with. And call customer service in the morning. Then laughed at and belittled it was like a prank phone call. Very rude. Called the store to talk to a manager only to be hung up on. It was t even about not having the product or money it was how I was treated and spoken to that was the worst. I Called customer service to check on my case the store at closed the case saying they contacted me and they did not. Customer service can only reach out to the store not the owner so it was never gonna be solved. Had them refund my points and money and I will be closing to the one in champion from now on.

All they run on here is bad customer service and attitude. I work the night shit so I come thru late. I expect limited options at times understandable. They only take online orders and only to find out when I get there they have nothing to even substitute it for. I get nothing but rude comments and witty remarks that belittle me. This store used to be great but now I rather just drive across town. Maybe they should just close for the night shift if noone wants to actually work it.

They always seem to have an attitude at this one. My drinks were always decent. However I prefer to have my over priced drink with a smile. We all out here working and not getting anywhere. However some of us still do it with a smile on their face.

My diabetic wife bought a drink for our daughter that was almost $5 and then was charged 50 cents for a cup of ice water. So you're telling me that it's ok to do this to a diabetic woman? What if she absolutely needed that water because her sugar was out of wack and she didn't have change on her to get a water? Would she just die in your parking lot because you are so greedy now? It's pathetic! Especially with all of the money that my family spends at this store every week. 0/0 Don't recommend!!! Won't be visiting this location any longer. Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Been coming thru here for 2 coffees and a cup of ice since they opened between 3-330 am since I deliver papers now they tell me it's 50 for ice however "Bob" district manager said not to charge if u purchase something well guess what I no longer will b using I will go on down to other store on market since they seem to not have attitudes and have hot coffee and ice ready such a shame I get charged yet ppl walk up to window n get free coffee n yes I have on video

very rude manager she is ignorant if she doesn't like her job... then she shouldn't be there.. we misunderstood what the national coffee day. where you get a free med iced or hot coffee when you buy something... we didn't know it was only on the app. the manager proceeds to roll her and sigh loud and asked very loudly to talk over my friend if she redeemed it on the app we said yes like three times she kept her voice up and still being rude...
