they always worry about their drive though and never about the people that are standing inside waiting. i’ve stood in there for 30 minutes with multiple people waiting on just one drink because they don’t care about anyone but their drive through time. everytime i get coffee from their it taste old and disgusting. the food is stale and just all and all don’t care about their customers.

I went to the champion Dunkin and morning crew they served me burnt coffee I had to throw it out I was upset I didn't even bother going back because they seemed like they didn't even care about how they made the coffee. My bagel was burnt and I asked for extra cream cheese and they only gave me a little bit. All I tasted was burnt bagel. I am not impressed ?

For the majority of the time they’re great and quick , there was a couple times I had an issue though. I usually just get a drink and maybe a donut for myself.There was a time I ordered donuts in the morning through drive-thru because my grandma wanted me to get donuts for her and the blonde woman there working day-shift gave me an attitude because of how many I ordered. She told me “next time, go inside if you’re going to order that many donuts”. Well, they weren’t for me anyway and it’s not like you’re cooking them fresh so it shouldn’t take much longer to prepare the order. No one told me I had to go inside after a certain amount of donuts was ordered, I don’t even know what the exact donut-threshold would be!! it’s not like I was ordering the whole store! But her bad attitude was as if I was!

Everytime i get a coffee made with perfectly but anything else is jus meh and sometimes workers have an attitude. Im usually nice about it but i go to this one all the time and could use a little positive in the morning not gloomy
Not sure what is going on lately but I love when I pay almost 5 bucks for a specific drink just to get a plain old black coffee and its way too late to turn around and go back once youre at work.. get it together.
This place is terrible. Every time you order they screw it up.. workers have 0 communication skills and put forth minimal effort .. 1 star is far too

Every time I forget why I stopped going to this location and go.... I'm reminded why I stopped going. Your order is largely ceremonial, as you will just get what ever they hand you. You want butter? You get cream cheese, bacon egg bites? You get Veg. Have fun waiting in that line, just to wait in it again to get the correct order.
