Definitely not the hot dog shop that I went to when I was a kid anymore. The hot dogs are almost as thin as a pencil and the chili sauce absolutely sucks anymore not to mention that there's hardly any meat in there now. Whenever oil they're using to fry the french fries with isn't any good either. The quality went sliding downhill but yet the prices went sky high. I no longer look forward to eating here whenever I come back to Warren now. The place still has nostalgia because it looks the same inside and out as it always has but that's the only thing that's worth remembering now. The only thing left now is just bulldoze the place down to the ground because these new owners of just ran it down into the ground anyhow. Their Facebook page blocks people that leaves negative comments about their food.

I came back to visit my hometown..Sadly is not the classic Hot Dog Shoppe!!! The sauce was disgusting. Reminded me of acidic watered down spaghetti sauce. The fries were overcooked and short like they were from the bottom of the fryer. The quality of hot dog is cheap and is not the same—and weren’t cooked properly. The hot dog was raw under burnt skin. They need to go back to ordering the same items from the old vendors and get the old recipes back because I don’t think this place will stay afloat with the prices and poor quality they’re presenting. We’re not dumb-we can tell the difference! Why buy a successful business and try to fix what wasn’t broke????? It’s really a shame.

Food and building have that classic hotdog shop feel. However ordering the the food is overly complicated unless you drive down and order it and wait. We use to be able to order over the phone and go pick it up, that ability has been axed. They say order online but have no direct feature on their website, the only feature I found was door dash and it gave you no option to pickup only delivery. Spoke to manager on how to use online ordering and he had no idea how to. Although he wasn’t helpful on knowing how to use the website he was super respectful

Tried the Wagyu Hotdogs and they were SO GOOD! Very tasty. So much flavor that you could eat them plain! I will definitely order the wagyu hotdog again for a change up.
