Just ordered from there Saturday March 9th. Ordered 53 dollars worth. Went to pick it up and they gave my order to someone else. One of them first told me that they had nothing under my last name. Then another person came out from the back and said, what happened was we gave your food to someone with the same name. How is that when you didn't have an order for my last name. No longer going there.

Not sure what happened to them. They used to be excellent. I personally love there pizza. I always ask for my pizza to be extra crispy! But good luck getting it that way! Thought it was a fluke. But it happens all the time now. Can't get the pizza the way I like it. Damn shame! Used to be the best! Let the pizza cook 5 - 10 extra mins...that's it! How hard is that? Pizza seems it isn't ever cooked long enough now!

What the hell is going on at Champion Ianazone’s!? They must literally be rolling in the dough to not only turn down business because the driver said he didn’t want to deliver here (which I always tip good) and the rude girl that answered the phone said “We don’t deliver there, we don’t even know where that is!”Since when!?? You’ve been delivering here for 25 years!?After asking her how long she’s worked there (2 years) she argues that they’ve never delivered here before!I have always bought all my pizza for school pizza party’s, family gatherings and to feed our kids growing up from them but hell will freeze over before they get another penny from me!?I’m so pissed when they couldn’t find Drivers that I still ordered and supported them!!?I hope the owner knows what rude, lazy-incompetent people they have working for them!

Ordered for the first time tonight. Was a little skeptical because there have been several poor reviews mostly regarding hours and associate attitude. I ordered a supreme pizza and was told it would be ready in 24 or 30 minutes.When I got there, I was asked whether they could help me. I gave my name and she was just cutting my pizza. Perfect timing!The pizza was delicious! Perfectly baked with a crunchy outer crust.One of the better pizzas that I have had recently. I would definitely recommend Ianazone's.

Called and Order pizza here and waited 45 mins and waited in the line for 10 minutes, just for them to say they never got the order. And 3 other people in were having the same problem. We made sure we called the correct number and everything. Horrible service.

Really good good pizza. But occasionally they do have a tendency to try and cook them too fast. I believe sometimes they are just A little doughy or doesn't rise But when done right Deserves an 8 out of ten.
Best Ianazones and also one of the best pizza places. Pepperoni and veggie are awesome here

i’ve been going here for years and have always said it’s my favorite pizza. until now. they messed up our order which ISN’T the problem. the problem is the manager was so beyond disrespectful and rude she should never work in the food industry let alone with people in general. needs her job taken. she had the worst attitude when i asked if there was something we could do. she said she made the pizza herself and there was nothing wrong with it. i said i’d bring it in and she said she’d remake it and i can throw the other one in the trash. i asked why she was being rude and if this is how she talks to customers, she proceeded to say she ran the place and technically didn’t have to do anything, then hung up on me. beyond irritating and will NEVER eat their food again even if it’s free.
