Drive thru is very slow. They never get your order right. You. Ask for ketchup or salt you never get it. The time we were there we were asking 2 window for ketchup he walk away from the window. And like away they never say Thank

Plan a mandatory employee field trip. Go to Chik Fil A. Observe the drive thru process. Observe the customer service practices. Go back to McDonald's and practice what you observed.
