Excellent customer service. Had family from Las Vegas and needed something quick. My order was ready in 20 minutes and everything was hot and delicious. Shout out to the Mahoning Avenue Pizza Hut.

I placed an order on line for the guess that what I get for not sending a tip.. heads up... you have to earn your tip.16" big new Yorker. I did not leave a tip seeing how I was picking it up. When I got to the drive thru window, the you men asked me to sign the receipt and to place a tip.. ( if I wanted). This was strange seeing how I paid on line. They already got my money. Anyways I got home and found my 16" pizza only had 3 pepperoni per slice.

It was a very horrible experience. I got a lot of attitude because they did not have the food ready or cooked. 15 minutes after I arrived, requesting a refund was denied request of the gift card was denied. At a total I was at Pizza Hut for 34 minutes.

This pizza is always taking forever to deliver. 40-50 minutes when you are 5 mins away. I would walk but i have two little ones. The manager also says there is no compensation for tardiness.
