The staff there is incredibly rude, placed a order at the order window young high school aged girl wasn't paying attention to anything I was saying I had to repeat my order twice she rolled her eyes, she closed her pen cap said is that all I said no im orderering 2 pizzas she rolled her eyes again, no politeness at all .20 minutes later went back in to pick it up told the man at the counter we'd be eating in if that's ok he said yeah sure whatever, purchased two 16 inch pizzas with toppings and 2 2 liters I asked if they had plates or cups being that we wanted to dine in, he said yeah I guess so how many said there's 4 of us he said so u need 4 yeah ok. Spent 50 bucks in it all. Sat down had the baby with us, she's a baby she giggles laughs she talks loud shes happy what babies do she's very well behaved two guys making pizza rolled their eyes ? at her, made us feel really uncomfortable. They burned the pepperoni black on the house pizza, was told so what's wrong with it. I'll pass alot better pizza out there with more nicer staff.

Wanted to take the time to shout out the workers who fulfilled my request to draw a cat on the pizza box! My boyfriend was so confused as to why the workers were laughing when he came to pick up. He came back with the pizza to me asking if they drew a cat in the box.. he now understands what all the laughing was about! Thank you for this fun moment you gave us when he came home! Pizza was amazing, the customer service was excellent. Thank you, Howland Wedgewood!

Best pizza in the valley, in my opinion. The crew is great. Food is always on point. Reasonably priced, depending on what you order. Not any more expensive than Papa John's.

Went to pick up my pizza at 7:03 yes I understand that I was 3 mins late I tried to call before 7 to let them know no answer I was at the door as the girls stared at me and some pretended I wasn’t even there I called again no answer then about 7:08 we called again still never leaving parking lot they answered and refused to sell me the pizza that was sitting right there on the shelf. As a business owner why would you want a pizza to go to waste when the customer was right there and the processes would have taken me a while 30 seconds to pay cash and be on my way with no food waste.no grace period for traffic? This is poor customer service…I never tried their pizza and due to this I never will.

I’ve been supporting this family owned the business for over 30 years. This man knows how to run a business. I’ve never had bad food. I’ve never had bad customer service. Every time I go in there everybody is smiling, clean and in good spirits. I’ve never seen workers on their cell phones or complaining about anything. That is the way to run a business. Even if those people have issues, it’s not like other places where you hear workers complaining or on their cell phones. I highly recommend this for any type of food that they sell.
