The most crowded I have every seen it tonight because of a UD BBall game but the staff did a stellar job. A little slower to get dinner, but food was fantastic as usual. Lexi did great.

Absolute worst service. Denied me pick up for my food as I'm on the phone with door dash and have waited an hour with still no food with it sitting ready in the kitchen. I let them know on the phone I would bring ID to receive my food as door dash would be another 30 minutes and my food would be cold. She turned me away at the door unwilling to talk to the door dash support I had ON THE PHONE. I work as a restaurant manager and I would never in my life treat a PAYING guest this way. Save your money go to a different location this one is ran terribly.UPDATE: After contacting door dash for my refund I drove to their Kettering Location and they took FABULOUS care of me! Even though they were also busy they excelled with their customer service and guest recovery! SHOUT OUT to the Kettering location on Dorthy Lane for being amazing!!

The subs are pretty good. So is the pizza. I wouldn't say either are great. They have a lot of TVs when games are on. They also kept bringing more me more refills of Coke without telling me that there are no longer free refills. So, those were $3 a pop, no pun intended. Not really happy to find that out without warning so here's yours.

Very loud, they didn't have the heat fixed. It had been blowing cold air for over 2 weeks. How does a business Not fix the issue after that long?
We started going for trivia on Monday nights. Rob does a great job as trivia host. When we are able to play trivia, the servers do a great job and the food is good. We don't play every Monday so I have to call to reserve a table for trivia when we do play . This week I called three times to try to reserve a table for trivia starting six days ahead of the day we wanted to play. I was promised call backs to confirm whether we got the table which I never received. When I called the third time (Friday before trivia Monday), I was told there was no room for us. It is getting too frustrating to try to get a table for trivia on Monday nights.UPDATE - I did get a call from Aubrey offering us a table for trivia after a cancellation. I appreciated that follow up and service. I am sure it is difficult to juggle the demand for tables on trivia nights.

Lunch while visiting my guys hometown of Dayton. Was surprisingly good. Got to watch locals root for Ohio State football was the best...while I had a mild heart attack as the Longhorns barely closed out the win. Staff was great and attentive, which is a miracle given the game. We recommend, its definitely a vibe when you can catch a game there.
