While going here we did much reading up on what this place was about. While going they explained everything very well. We started at the salad bar which was good the it was time for the meets the first couple was good but once we flipped our cards to red we were still being asked if we wanted the meets. Some of the meet was really chewy which sucked. Our server was really nice and made sure we got refills right away and asked what kinds of meet we wanted. Overall it was okay just sucks that they had very chewy meet.

This was our first visit to Texas de Brazil. The staff at the Westlake, OH location was awesome in explaining the process and kept the variety of meats flowing. At one point I had to flip my card to red just top take a break. If you have a special occasion, it's a great place to go.

Highly recommend for any occasion! Great food & service. Well worth every penny. Sat near the kitchen which was actually quiet but the best part is that we were right in the heart of constant food being presented to our table fresh from the oven. Brenda was amazing & recommended a great wine. She was very attentive & the staff & mgmt were also aiming to please at every opportunity. All of us left happy, full & impressed.

Just know that when you come in and you are seated and they ask you how you like your meat and you tell them medium well or well done does not mean that you will actually get your meat that way and if you do think that you will it will take all night. The best part of the whole restaurant is the salad bar and the charcuterie bar, The hot bar was equally good. Our server Brenda was very nice.

The server took our drink order and never came back because he was too busy dealing with other tables. We didn't get our drinks, water refilled, or our sides until we finally tracked down other employees to help us. Our drinks sat at the bar for 25 minutes and the ice was almost completed melted by the time we got them. We had to go to the bar and ask if we could get more water. We had to flag down another server and ask if we were supposed to get the mashed potatoes and bananas brought to our table of if they discontinued that. By the time we got them, it had been 45 minutes since we started eating. Just an overall bad experience. The restaurant was less than half full on a Saturday night. I can see why. We won't be back.

Well first off, I had a coupon but of course in the FINE print wasn't good on Saturday's. It was the time a year when shrimp skewers were served, but we really didn't get many. There was a table of possible 20 people that they ALWAYS TOOK THE SHRIMP TO THEM. The whole time we where there, we might of gotten 3 pieces of shrimp. Even asking my server ( when she finally came around) if they could possibly send the shrimp our way!!!
Can't say enough wonderful things. Jordan, our server, was absolutely fantastic - attentive an kind. Overwhelmed by the amount of delicious options and you get to have one of everything. Will absolutely return

My husband and friends are obsessed with Texas de Brazil. If it's not the Westlake location, it's the Woodmere location. Every time we go to Westlake, I have the pleasure of having Justin as my waiter. Not sure if he recognizes me as much as I recognize him, but I just want to say that he is phenomenal and always goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone is happy and satisfied. He works very hard and honestly deserves a raise. The reason why I did not give 5 stars to “service” is not because of Justin because if I can give him 10 stars, I would. But the reason so is another manager in a suit, not the taller one, but the shorter one, was unprofessional and had a stinky attitude. Not only did he make sure to show not only the customers that he was annoyed that we were using gift cards, but also gave our server who was just trying to help us as customers a hard time as well. I always feel like it's not fair that the servers get treated like that from their management. One of the other managers in a suit (he was taller) was very kind and showed professionalism. If you don't like your job then quit. No need to be miserable and make everyone else around you miserable as well. To Justin, THANK YOU. PS.. we were great customers. We didn't ask for much. And of course took care of our server!!

Our server was amazing even the manager checked in on us. I preferred the old way they served the bananas but the ones we had were still good. Only thing that could use an upgrade is the food nameplates, some were worn and hard to make out. We certainly will be back.

Honestly love when I can visit Texas de Brazil. We came to celebrate two birthdays which I didn't know was just a simple happy birthday checking in. But it was fine! The dessert would've been good but expensive. We did get a pitcher of sangria not realizing that it would be $44 and then only two people of our group of four liked it. Not a huge deal just a lot to share between two people. I wish more varieties of meet would've been shared around but it's not a deal breaker. The chicken wrapped bacon was amazing. But you really truthfully cannot go wrong no matter what meat you try! I completely forgot that they bring fries, mashed potatoes, and cinnamon bananas to the table. This was our second visit and I think we'll do it again but we have to wait because it is quite expensive.
