Personally, I think this is the second best fast food restaurant in Whitehall OH.The folks at the drive thru are always polite and welcoming.They accidentally gave me the incorrect order once and as I came around to the window to tell them, they already knew and recognized my car. Told me to just keep the wrong product (understandably) and gave me the correct purchase.Highly recommend when you're on a budget and/or in a rush.

Five stars why.. I'll because of a young lady who worked there. She was speaking to someone that she knew..Why she was talking To her friend.I was Looking for my food, I kept wondering if she's up here. Talking who fixed my food i'm hungry..So let me stop here,Now you do know if you are [ Hungry get upset.](((It's like an old commercial gotta sneaker, Because the person was not there safe until the eighth of sneakers, then they felt better better )))So now back to my storyI do Amit that I was wrong. I allow myself to get out of character. But I did call back after. I ate my tacos to apologize to the young lady who worked there.I believe I spoke to her Boss or supervisor and I explained to them the same story. I'm telling here on this review site. She understood and she told me that she would go and tell the young lady Who I was upset with but it really was in her that I was upset with. I was just hungry and I did not think first. So once again on this site. I do apologize againso if anyone out there Have a snickerbar before you get to that point of lunch or dinner. So that way you would not get out of character.Vegetarian options: This is a taco place ,so majority of their food are vegetables, And beansParking: Parking in the front parking on the side. You can even park across from their parking lot.Kid-friendliness: You can bring your kids in to sit down and to enjoy your meal. With your family.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, the wheelchairs are available, no stairs.

The late night people are always so cheery. No issues whatsoever with our orders. And the line always move fast.
The workers in the drive thru are always the most kind workers. Especially how they are with my kids in backseat. Food always made correct

Only leaving a review because the staff today 9/20/2023 @ 2:51pm was amazing. The person at the window was literally so kind and the lady in charge of taking orders in the drive-thru was also very polite and nice. I would come beat up mean customers for you both. ?Aside from that, I live nearby and never have issues with this location. Food is always good and they never leave anything out of the bag.
