Worst experience ever from McDonald's, avoid this place like the plague, all I ordered online was a large black coffee with sugar and a couple ice cubes (3). Easy right ?? Wrong, I sat in pick up stall #3 for 15 minutes waiting on my coffee and when I finally received it, it was just like an iced coffee like it had been sitting there for 15 minutes.

Everyone that works here is an idiot. Every time I go here, they never give me a receipt and they never give me all the food I order. And because they don’t give me a receipt, I can’t go back and prove that they’re stealing from me. If I was the manager of this McDonald’s, I’d fire every single person there and do everything myself, because of how stupid every employee is there

Took an eternity to get our food. A single Happy Meal. There was a whole line of other cars that also waited as long as we did. It created a logjam after the drive-thru.

I went to purchase 2 kids' meals for my children. From the McDonald on 5th ave in youngstown ohio. When we got home, my daughter opened her burger and poured her fries out on the paper, and someone's belly ring was in her fries. I called to speak to the manager, and the person on the phone said they were the manager. When I told them what happened, they then told me to hold on to mute the phone so I couldn't hear anything. I'm assuming they asked the workers if someone lost their belly ring. The manager came back to the phone said sorry that happened and did I want to come back so they can make it over or they'll put me in the book and I can talk to the manager tomorrow.
