Bob Evans restaurants are good, family-friendly eateries. The food is always good and I feel fair priced. The service varies from store to store and time of day but is usually good as was today's.I had their new Fish Fry Platter. I don't like onion rings, so I had them keep those in the kitchen. The fish and fries were good and the slaw was creamy and tangy. I liked everything except the dill tarter sauce. I much prefer a sweet relish tarter sauce. All in all, a good meal and experience.Kid-friendliness: Every Bob Evans I've been to is child friendly with children's menu.Wheelchair accessibility: One floor with doors wide enough for wheelchairs.

Stopped in with mom for dinner. We both had half wild fire chicken salad, she did BLT, I did pot roast sandwich, w gravy. Gravy had great flavor! Shared an order of the famous bacon, was tasty.

Hands down this establishment is true to the farm fresh promise. The difference is so great, I truly feel full on the $9 dish I received. It was a 1.49 upgrade on the special potatoes and it’s def worth it. Orange juice with a little pulp in cute mason jars. We like it a lot, seems more fresh than even Cracker Barrel or the other breakfast diners around.

Had a family group of 14 including 4 kids. Went in and asked about table they saved an area for us. Didn’t wait long for table. Madison was great, made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us multiple times. Was very polite and made sure we were taking care of.

Placed a carry out order for soup. Many people behind the counter. Took 20 minutes till I asked for my money back and left. Manager didn't seem to car e nor did she offer apology.
We took our residents Christmas shopping and they love Bob Evans so we decided to eat there. There was only a couple cars in the parking lot .We go in side maybe like 6 ppl total eating inside . They put us clear back in a corner mind you we have 4 residents with disabilities. We got there at 350pm we only ordered like pancakes and chicken so nothing major we didn't get our food till after 5 the waitress never checked on us and was rude when they messed up our order and had to fix it. Our food was even cold worst experience ever will never go back the sad thing is they were not busy

Came in for dinner with my family to have the ABSOLUTE WORST service from Megan. We came in about 7:30 pm which there were only a few cars in the parking lot. We were seated in the back and as we sat down the table was extremely sticky! My fiancé didn’t end up eating because he was told there were no cooked veggies in the chicken noodles. He was supposed to have a garden salad come out before his dinner but that didn’t happen. We didn't get refills when our drinks were gone. It took forever for our food to come out and when it did it was cold! I asked for dinner portion and got lunch and it should’ve been corrected when it wasn’t! When I addressed that we were missing our deserts for my boys,I got complete attitude and disrespect from this so called waitress. I’d hate to see this girl work through lunch rush and dinner! I ask to talk to the manager and this lady yells going through the restaurant. Management is a joke too! I’ll take my service to Underwood and take the longer drive. This branch better get it together or you’re going to lose a lot of service!

Stopped for lunch walked in wasn't greeted.so I stood there for about 5minutes watching about 6 to 8 employees laughing having fun timeTop it all off they weren't busy at all so I left and went elsewhere ? to many good places to eat in Zanesville for your staff to act like that....

The restaurant was very short staffed, with only one waitress on duty I thought it was going to be a complete disaster! Well let me tell you Kylie was perfect! The server was exceptional!!! Food was very good too. In my opinion the manager should of been out on the floor helping. My hats off to you Kylie you are holding this whole place together!!!
