Great family owned restaurant with a great atmosphere. LOVE the Roman bread for a starter. Pasta Milano is my FAVORITE main course. Pasta is made fresh everyday! Visit the bar when Ronnie is working and order a Long Island iced tea! Best in town!

We were very disappointed in our meal. Have eaten there before without any issues. Our food was cold, if ordering the salmon with the fig glaze you only get salmon without any sides unless ordered and costing more $. Was really looking forward to eating there but was very disappointed when the menu changed. We won’t be back.

They sat us down stairs because upstairs was very busy. It was amazing, we basically had our own dining room. Service was very good, and so was the food. The brussel sprouts are to die for. The bread is very good, and both my wife and I meal's were excellent. Highly recommend Old Market House Inn for anyone that wants a good meal.

We were seated back by the restroom and kitchen ? I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo it came cold and hard. My salad was ok dressing a little salty. My glass of wine ? was tasty though.

Food was great, the restaurant is absolutely beautiful. My husband had a steak, baked potato and salad. I had the lobster feast, salad and sautéed mushrooms. Oh, I had a water and my husband had a coke. The women’s restroom is beautiful but the toilet was dirty. The prices was a complete shock, so we can say been there done that. But won’t be back.

I live out of town but when I do visit Zanesville I sometimes eat here. Last evening, the meal was spectacular. Orange roughy stuffed with crabmeat was as good a meal as I've ever had. The taste, the aroma, the ambiance - all came together to form a truly memorable experience. My sincere compliments to the Chef.
